General Conditions of Purchase

1. Purpose
These General Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter “GCP”) define the terms and conditions under which the publisher of the site nixitech.fr offers for sale the Silence Remover For Video software , allowing the automatic removal of silences in videos or audio files.
The software only supports the following formats: MP4, MOV, M4V, MP3 .
2. Price
The price of the software is set at €9.90 including tax (nine euros and ninety cents) .
This price is firm, definitive and non-negotiable.
3. Payment
Payment is made exclusively via PayPal .
No other payment methods are accepted.
Full payment must be made before the software is made available. The Customer guarantees that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method.
4. Delivery of the product
After payment confirmation, Silence Remover For Video software is delivered:
- By downloading via a link provided immediately after purchase, or
- By sending to the email address provided by the Customer.

5. License to Use
The purchase grants a non-exclusive personal license .

8. Responsibilities

10. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
